Base 4 does not treat every organization as needing the same website or service package. Guided discovery establishes the organization’s goals, audience, available content and knowledge, required capabilities, integrations, custom implementation needs, training needs, and desired level of ongoing support. Those findings determine an appropriate scope, timeline, and price. Managed hosting, shared platform maintenance, security updates, and access to newly released reusable visual elements are included with Base 4 sites. Ongoing design support, site content maintenance, strategic guidance, additional training, and custom implementation are governed by the agreed subscription or project scope. A proposal documents the included work, responsibilities, timeline, and pricing before implementation begins.
