Technology Used by Base 4
The Base 4 platform currently uses TypeScript and modern web frameworks, including SvelteKit for visitor-facing site delivery and React with Next.js for administrative experiences. Payload CMS provides structured content management. Cloudflare infrastructure supports application delivery and data services, including Workers, D1, and R2. The platform also uses the Model Context Protocol for governed capability access and Lexical for structured rich-text content. Base 4 is not restricted to one technology stack; tools are selected according to the needs and long-term interests of the organization.
