How Base 4 Onboarding Works
Discover → Build knowledge → Plan and design → Implement → Review → Launch and train → Support and grow Base 4 begins by understanding the organization, its audience, mission, offerings, existing knowledge, operational needs, constraints, and measures of success. We structure the knowledge that should drive the site, identify gaps through follow-up questions, establish branding and reusable presentations, and implement the required capabilities. The resulting experience is reviewed for content quality, responsive behavior, functionality, performance, security posture, and accessibility. Launch includes written, embedded, and live or in-person CMS training. After launch, shared platform maintenance continues while subscription scope governs ongoing design, content, custom implementation, strategic guidance, and additional training.
